About Us
Rowlands Paving Ltd was created by Raphael Rowlands (Raph) in 2016. After 15 years of working in the commercial paving industry as a Trainee, Paver and then Co-owner, he made the decision to branch out on his own.
We are a professional, ambitious and honest company who prides themselves on the high-quality service we offer to all our clients and team members and have gained a strong reputation for delivering work to a high standard and for great customer service.
We have a dedicated workforce of Pavers who are all CSCS card holders with the majority holding Blue Card Skilled cards. We have SMSTS and SSSTS accredited supervisors and various members of the team holding CPCS tickets in Plant Machinery and see training as an important investment in our workforce and our business.
We are CHAS and SMAS accredited are registered with CITB and employ an independent Health & Safety consultancy to ensure we are always up-to date with legislation and are operating safely and within current guidelines.
